What is Mindset?
Simply put, mindset is a person's way of thinking. It can include an established set of beliefs, a tendency to interpret information in certain ways, and a typical frame of mind.
Is Mindset the same as Mindfulness?

Mindfulness
Non judgmental awareness of one’s senses, thoughts, and emotions in the present moment.
No, but they're related. Practicing mindfulness is a helpful strategy for increasing one's awareness of their thoughts, patterns of thinking, typical reactions, and connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This awareness is the first step towards gaining control over how you think, act, and react!
